Now in the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar, Pontius Pilate being governor of Judaea, and Herod being tetrarch of Galilee, and his brother Philip tetrarch of Ituraea and of the region of Trachonitis, and Lysanias the tetrarch of Abilene, - But Herod the tetrarch, being reproved by him for Herodias his brother Philip's wife, and for all the evils which Herod had done, Luke 3:19 - And the whole multitude of them arose, and led him unto Pilate. Luke 23:1 - And the same day Pilate and Herod were made friends together: for before they were at enmity between themselves. Luke 23:12 2. And all flesh shall see the salvation of God. - He hath remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
